  • Yes. We manage cleaning, turnovers, and quality checks to ensure properties are consistently guest-ready.

    Cleaning Management is available as a standalone service and is also included within our Signature Service and Premier Experience property management tiers.

  • Management fees are calculated from gross booking revenue (before platform fees)

    Third-party platform fees (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) are separate

    Cleaning fees are charged directly to guests and are not deducted from owner revenue

  • For property management clients, guest payments, cleaning fees, and deposits are managed through our booking system. We operate on a monthly reconciliation cycle, with owner payouts issued alongside a detailed statement.
