    Some owners prefer to stay closely involved, while others rely on us for full-service management — including guest communication, cleaning coordination, maintenance oversight, and brand support.

  • Yes. Tidewood works with owners who manage multiple units or growing portfolios.

    Portfolio clients receive customized management structures and preferred pricing designed to scale efficiently, while maintaining the same level of care, consistency, and hands-on oversight applied to single-property homes. Get in touch for more information.

  • Yes. We manage cleaning, turnovers, and quality checks to ensure properties are consistently guest-ready.

    Cleaning Management is available as a standalone service and is also included within our Signature Service and Premier Experience property management tiers.

  • Management fees are calculated from gross booking revenue (before platform fees).

    Third-party platform fees (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) are separate.

    Cleaning fees are charged directly to guests and are not deducted from owner revenue.

    Pricing may vary based on property size, number of units, location, and service scope.

    Additional services are available as add-ons.

  • For property management clients, guest payments, cleaning fees, and deposits are managed through our booking system. We operate on a monthly reconciliation cycle, with owner payouts issued alongside a detailed statement.
